Can you use cpt 25210 for a partial carpectomy? Thanks
 
How many of the bones were removed? 25210 is for one (allows up to 2 units). 25215 is for a proximal row (I believe 4 bones = 1 unit?).

Thanks everyone for you input. The pt had a CMC Arthroplasty cpt 25447 with the trapezium removed (incl in 25447) also a partcial removal of the trapezoid. I am questioning if cpt 25210 can be coded as well for the trapezoid partcial removal?
