I'm currently a CPC and have been working in neurosurgery for 15 years. I am recently unemployed and am looking at a position for outpatient hospital coding. Can anyone tell me where I can find resources, webinars etc to help me with the different coding than professional. I did get the AAPC CPC-H study guide but am left with questions and feel that it's just not enough for me. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I was reading your post and have a resource for you to help you with getting your CPC-H. My sister is a CPC and CPC-H taking her CPC-H exam last Sept. and passed. She even teaches CPC course and can help you with any questions. Her name is Amy at Advanced Medical Solutions...if you are interested she also does tutoring remotely.
