Can anybody tell me the correct coding for remibursement for an injection of PalinGen Flow? I found research from vendors, stating to code CPT application of skin substitute. However, the PalinGen Flow is a liquid wound covering Amino agent. So my thoughts are to code only supply. Being Q4174 for PalinGen or ProMatrx or C9399 for unclassified drugs and biologicals. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
