Can someone please provide the correct J code to bill when giving testosterone cypionate and if you have been reimbursed with it.

We don't bill for it as usually prescription drugs are covered under the prescription plan and not under the medical plan.
Out of curiosity, why are you not just giving the patient a script? If they can't inject themselves and don't have anyone to do it, you can always offer that in the office as a courtesy, if they bring the med with them.
