I have a general question. Patient doesn not have a personal history of Cancer. Patient has a Genetic test (cpt 81162) done due to a family history of breast cancer. Would DX Z80.0 be appropriate for a Primary diagnosis?

I would not use this as primary dx. However did the provider or doctor describe symptoms linked with such ds.? Pain in breastN64,4 leakage,N64.25 lump there, N63 or R92.2 abnormal mammogram. Dx Z12.31 or Z12.39 may be of use too and use Z80 last dx.
