Patient found to have bleeding ileal fistula. Bleeding was controlled by cauterization through the stoma. Any suggestions for most appropriate since none are exact?

Closest seems to be 44391 which is colonoscopy thru stoma, control of bleeding. Pt has an end ileostomy.
