I need some guidance on how to bill the Conners. I'm not sure if we should use 96110 or 96111? Can anyone help me?:confused:
 
Conners testing used to be 96115 which has been deleted and states; to report use 96116.
so, I'd use 96116
{that's my advice on the posted matter}
