Please define what this means..."conditions classified to" in ICD-10. For example:Z85.3 has conditions classifiable to C50-

Conditions classifiable to means the patient either has or had the condition.

This one is pretty straightforward

Z85.3 - Personal history of malignant neoplasm of breast

So in order to have a history of malignant neoplasm of breast, you had to have had malignant neoplasm of Breast in the past. C50.- is for malignant neoplasm of breast.

The conditions classifiable to is an indicator you are using the right code. Take Z86.61 for example. Personal history of infections of the central nervous system. It says "Conditions classifiable to G00-G99, H00-H95" It just means the patient had a conditions falling under G00-G99 (Diseases of the nervous system) or H00-H95 (Diseases of the eye and adnexa & Diseases of the ear and mastoid process)
