Question about Leucovorin when it's given concurrent with another drug (usually Eloxatin or Cisplatin) the admin used to be 96368 but with jurisdiction F Medicare guidelines changing and there not being a concurrent infusion code for chemo what code do you use? I've been using the 96549 (unspecified chemo) code. Any other ideas?
