Good Morning,

Does anyone have coding suggestions for the following case? Our coder came up with 44207 and 44205 in which 44205 is bundled into 44207. Thanks in advance for your help!

I agree with the 44207 and 44205. And yes unfortunately the 44205 is bundled to 44207. These cases really frustrate me because I can't understand that bundling logic. If it were an open procedure you could bill both 44145 and 44160 with modifier permitted. Also, don't forget your 44187 for the ileostomy.
