Hi,

Our practice offers home visit geriatric services, and we are billing codes 99487, 99489. Unfortunately, BCBS denied the claims.

Are there specific modifiers or diagnosis codes that could help the claim approval?

Hi there, I'm assuming that the Blue plan covers these codes. What denial codes did you receive?
