:confused:Hope someone can help me with this.

The provider performed ORIF of proximal radial fracture and ORIF of midshaft ulnar fracture. My conundrum is the following:

Would the fractures be coded out separately as they are in differing areas (813.17, 813.32). Or would I use a Radius with Ulna fracture combination code, and if so which one?

In regards to the CPT code selection, again would I use 25545 and 24665 or a combination code, and again if so which one?

I am leaning towards coding separately as they are in different locations but can't find any information to support coding this way.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
