I am having an issue with a coding question
code retained t Tubes; Chronic Tympanic membrane perforations ( multiple perforations) ; and adenoid hypertrophy with chronic adenoiditis

A 385.83 384.24
B 385.83 474.00 474.01 384.24
C 474.00 474.10 474.01
D 385.83 474.12 384.24 474.01

please help me understand how to code this:confused:

A doesn't mention the adenoids issues
B & C include 474.00 which is chronic tonsillitis


I actually took way too long to figure it out. I should have looked at 474.00 first and that would have given me a 50/50 chance. I then would have noticed the 474.XX range is adenoids which A is missing
