What is the proper way to bill for J3010. The drug is supplied in MCG, and the reimbursement is coded to Mg. Do we convert the micrograms to milligrams (100 cmg= .01 mg?)

J3010, Injection, fentanyl citrate, 0.1mg
0.1 mg is the billing unit, which is 100mcg. (not .01 mg, but .1mg). So each 100mcg is one unit.
