1. Successful percutaneous coronary intervention of the mid and distal right coronary artery with atherectomy
2. Successful stenting of the proximal to mid right coronary artery with a 3.5 x 18 mm Xience drug-eluting stents.
3. Successful stenting of the mid right coronary artery with a 4 x 24 mm Synergy drug-eluting stent.

92933, RC is correct based on this info, however, was there not an angio and/or cath. Did the documentation state thru graft or bifurcation? You can also bill for these, if so, according to Medicare guidelines, which most payors follow.
