My Neurosurgeon has performed a R frontal burr hole and stereotactic aspiration of brain abscess. Would you code this out using 61750 and 61151 or just the 61750? When I put the codes into the code correct they do not bundle- so I am just not 100% sure.

61750 includes the burr hole, I would use 61750 only, if he used a ct or mri for guidance, it would be 61751.
