Needed some help in coding this? Would I code 27310? What about the repair would that be inclusive since it is due to the excision? Thank you .

I wouldn't say 27310 knee arthrotomy would qualify. Specifically states stayed outside the joint capsule.

Maybe a soft tissue excision based off the size? (27618, 27632)
 
Yes. It is bundled into the soft tissue tumor excision codes.

A skin excision code, no they wouldn't be bundled necessarily.
