needing a CPT on a cortison injection on the eyelid

IF it was into the subconjunctival space, I would use 68200

I think I would want more information before giving a definitive answer. What was the indication? Diagnosis? Does it say "through" the eyelid?

The DX is Chalazion 373.2, notes only state that patients eyelid was inflammed and cortisone inj was given on the eyelid,

Well I think you have two options. 96372 or 68200. I think I might ask the provider for a little more detail to decide between the two.
