If a patient presents to the office for a consultation and to have an Ultrasound to confirm a suspected seroma and it is confirmed, we now decide to do an Ultrasound Guided Fine needle aspiration.

How would this be coded?

Can we bill for the diagnostic ultrasound in addition to the FNA?

My thought is to bill 76705, 76942 and 10022

Any help would be appreciated!
