We are giving some of our patients an H Pylori test kit to take home get a specimen and return to the clinic. We have never done these before. Please advise as to how to code. Thanks.

Would this happen to be the PYtest Kit from Kimberly-Clark using urea labeled C-14?

I don't know that info. I can find out though. Does this make a differance in the coding?

It's the kit we use. We report 78267 for giving the pill and breath kit. It is sent out for 78268. Let me know if you want more info on our test and codes.
