Wiki Coding for carotid angiograms

If left common carotid artery is selectively catheterized and images taken through a femoral vein access and then catheterization of left internal carotid artery is performed, should we code for 36223 since the first catheterized artery is CC or should we code 36224 since the final destination of catheter is IC.

Would also appreciate, if any link for coding carotid angiograms as I am new to this....

You code to the highest selective catheter placement so 36224.
