Wiki Coder II/III

This may be a dumb question, but what are employers looking for when they are posting for a Coder II or Coder III?

Coder II are usually those with about 1-2 years experience or so (no hard and fast rule here). A Coder III is someone with several years of experience who can help out other coders with almost all coding issues.
