Wiki Code pair edit for 99213 and 0001A vaccine?

I assume that 99213 would need a 25 modifier as a distinctly separate service, patient came in for thumb pain, and also received covid vaccine. But when this code pair is entered into Encoder Pro, it states 0001A is "not a valid code type" even though of course in Encoder 0001A is listed as the appropriate covid vaccine code. Just trying to validate that there is not some type of covid billing exemption and that this would function the same as any other vaccine administration such as 90471 and 99213-25. Thanks!

You do need modifier 25. Some payers require the toxoid code as well.
