Wiki Cochlear Implant with Fascia Graft

I am trying to determine if the harvest, preparation and placement of a fascia graft during the implantation of a cochlear device (CPT 69930) is separately reportable. CPT states that it is included when performed with a tympanoplasty, regardless if it was through the same or a separate incision. But I cannot find any direction regarding this procedure. Would the same guidelines apply in this scenario?

Any help would be appreciated.
