I am searching for Closed Treatment of Distal Ulnar Fracture. Neither the Radius nor the Ulnar Styloid are mentioned. The physician coded 25545 (Open treatment Ulnar Shaft) and S52.691A for other fracture lower end of ulna, right arm. I'm in search of closed treatment of distal ulnar fracture and am having difficulty. Any input would be appreciated. Patient is 6 yrs old.
