can anyone tell me if this is right or not? The patient was taken to the operating room and general anesthesia was induced. The pt rt leg was sterilely prepped & draped. Under fluoroscopy 2 proximal & 2 screws were placed 2 in the femur and 2 in the tibia. a spanning frame was placed over the fracture. The fracture was reduced and the ex fixator tightened.

this is a supracondylar intercondylar fx of rt femur.
