My physician used "1 ml of clonidine 100 mcg/ml" for a injection. How many mgs would I bill? Thank you for any assistance.

If you are using J0735, the description is "1 mg". 100 mcg = .1 mg. Since you can't bill for "0.1" unit of a drug, you would round up to 1 unit.
