I know that cold laser is billable but is the Class IV deep tissue laser billable yet? Thanks for any help in advance.
 
Hi We have class iV laser and only bill Workers Comp and MVA- commercial insurance does not pay,thus the patients pay out of pocket. I did have some luck getting VA to pay on a shoulder case and use CPT 97039 and send description and documentation paper claim
