Good Afternoon. I'm looking for a CPT code for chronic wound management with a laser. The laser punches tiny holes into the skin to the areas that are selected specifically to laser. some of the skin is dean and some of the skin is still alive. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You really need an operative report in order to be able to assign a code. By your description, this sounds like it may be a debridement procedure, and if so, then you can assign the appropriate code based on the type of debridement, depth, size, etc. (e.g. CPT codes in the ranges 11000-11047, 97597-97602). These are the codes most commonly used for surgical management of chronic wounds.
