Does anyone know about billing for Blue Cross of North Carolina and having to use Health Network Solutions (HNS)? Im being told you have to sign up with HNS which is a 3rd party and theres no choice.

So if you want to be IN network with Blue Cross NC, you MUST sign up with HNS? How is that fair?
