For any of you in Ohio or Kentucky, I'm trying to confirm CGS Medicare coverage for Flublok. CPT is 90682 and it's in the 2020-21 Seasonal Vaccine list from CMS but I can't find it active or with pricing on the CGS website. The Q3 2020 local carrier ASP list on their website does not have it listed but lists Q2033 as "Added January 2020" with pricing by invoice. Per HCPCS, Q2033 was deleted 1/1/2014. I'm assuming this means we are to bill Q2033 instead of 90682 but I don't know how Q2033 is going to pass through any of the claim edits since it's a deleted code. I'm so confused! Anyone else in Ohio using Flublok this season and have any ideas?
