Good morning;

i have a question regarding bundling issues and i cannot find any edits stating that these three codes are not allowed together but something tells me that they might not be.

They are 29861, 29862 and 29863 - does anyone know if they all three can be allowed at the same time if the documentation supports all three procedures?

Thanks - i was kind of leaning that way but i have a payer that has denied the 29861 as being bundled and i wanted some backup expertise before i appealed.
