Wiki Casting Repairs during Global Period

I have a patient that came into the office and the provider did a repair on their jacket cast (due to normal wear) during the global period of the procedure. The same provider placed the original cast. Would the repair (CPT 29720) be separately billable and payable or is considered part of the global??
