Does anyone know the procedure code for webril. Insurance carrier is medicare and i used the a4580 but it was denied. When i look up on cms it says a codes have been switched to q codes but i don't find one for webril. Any help is greatly appreciated
 
Q code for A4580

A4580 is the plaster code. I would suggest to ue the Qcode for the appropriate cast. example 29075 (short arm cast) Q4009 (cast supplies, shorta arms cast, adult 11+ years, plaster) The source transmittal 2349 CR7628 11/18/11.
