Hi everyone!
My surgeon wants to do a carotid to contralateral carotid bypass surgery using composite graft only. 35509 is bypass graft with vein so that doesn't really fit. I also looked at add on code 35681 but that also involves harvested vein. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to look next? Any help would be appreciated!
