Hello I?m new to cardiology and i needed help coding an op report:
1. repair ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm
2. repair bilateral iliac artery aneurysm
3. aorta-iliac graft placement
4. Bilateral ilio-femoral fog arty catheter thromectomy
I came up with 34845, 34900, 35531, 34401
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you post a "clean" (no i.d's) operative report? I would help on what kind of graft was placed.

Hello Jim, thank you so much for trying to help. I can't seen to upload the op report and its really long. Is their any way i can email you or fax the report?
