Wiki can you bill a get acquainted visit??

I am inquiring whether we can bill a get acquainted visit with cpt code 99401 and diagnosis code V65.8?? Patient has no concerns, no chronic conditions and takes no medications besides birth control that is managed by her gyn. She is healthy and just establishing care???

Per the Family Practice Coding Documentation website -

This service cannot be coded and billed to insurance and should be presented as a self pay prior to the appointment.
