Wiki can we bill pre-op 2 times for same patient in 2 months apart?

We have a Medicare patient who needs pre-op clearance for knee surgery, it is requested by her surgeon. The surgeon has not done surgery because her blood pressure was low and he canceled surgery at the first time. Two months later, the surgeon needs another pre-op clearance for this patient for the same procedure. Can we bill medicare pre-op again? Please help
