Can I bill 70470 and 70482 together with modifier -59?

What about 76700 and 76770?

Both with orders and appropriate documentation.

Our billing company uses these codes all the time with no problems, we code as follows;

70470, 70482-59

76700, 76770-59

How are you billing these together, aren't you billing twice for the same organs when you bill an abdominal ultrasound with a reto complete? If the physician requests the bladder we would bill the abdomen complete with a pelvic ltd.
