I am wondering if Derm filler like Sculptra can be billed to ins for a pt with facial Lipodystropy (idiopathic). Sadly she is only 17 :(. I Came across codes like G0429, C9800 and Q2027. I am not feeling 100% with these codes. Hoping to get some input from experienced coders out there. Thanks!
