Can you please advise if CPT code 55880 HIFU can be performed in an Office Based Setting?

If you look this code up in Medicare's PFS lookup tool, you will see that it is not priced for the office setting. So, if reported with POS 11, it will deny.
Since this requires general anesthesia, I hope it wouldn't be done in the office, but nothing suprises me anymore. ;)
