Hello I have a question if someone could help me code this :

Patient is admitted for a planned CABG involving the left internal mammary artery to the left anterior descending and saphenous vein grafts to 3 coronary arteries. Assign only the CPT procedure codes.

I coded 33510, 33535 is this correct?

I would code 33533 for the LIMA (artery) to LAD and 33519 for the 3 venous grafts to the coronary arteries.

only use 33508 if harvested endoscopically. Usually our surgeons do but sometimes they don't
