We (Ambulatory Surgery Center) have recently encountered denials for C1776 (at the precert level) for Partial Knee Replacement implants from United Health Care (Miller-Coors plan) stating that as of 5/1/16, they no longer cover this code. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, were you able to get paid by billing anther code? Thanks.
