Hello,
My vascular surgeon did a jugular to jugular vein bypass, also he did a panel graft for the vein. I am unable to find a code for either procedure. I was hoping not to use a unlisted code. Any input is appreciated.
 
Unfortunately I'm pretty sure you will have to use the unlisted CPT 37799 for vascular surgery. I would suggest using the carotid-carotid bypass code (either 35501 or 35601) as reference for RVU and pricing comparison. Hope this helps!
