Greetings. When coding for 94060 (Bronchodilation responsiveness, spirometry as in 94010, pre- and post-bronchodilator administration) and 94664 (Demonstration and/or evaluation of patient utilization of an aerosol generator, nebulizer, metered dose inhaler or IPPB device), there is a CCI edit that states that 94664 is considered part of 94060, but it does allow for a modifier if appropriate. If there was a separate inhaler teaching with the spirometry, can this be billed together with the appropriate modifer?

Wiki Bundling of CPT codes 94060 and 94664

When I enter the 94060, 94664 and add the XU modifier into my encoder, I'm not getting any edits that this would not be allowed.
