I need to code a bulbar conjunctival injection and do not seem to find an appropriate code. Is the subconjunctival injection appropriate for this bulbar area also?
 
The codes we have to choose from are:

66030- Injection, medication, anterior chamber
67028- Injection, medication, intravitreal
67500- Injection, medication, retrobulbar
67515- Injection, medication, Tenon's capsule
68200- Injection, medication, subconjunctival

I would ask your doctor to clarify which area he injected out of the above choices.
