Does anyone know if a behavioral health provided can bill critical care codes (99291-99292) in a hospital setting? or would I default to Psychotherapy for Crisis ( 90839-90480)

I cant see a psych provider providing service that qualify as Critical Care

CPT currently defines a critical illness or injury as an illness or injury that acutely impairs one or more vital organ systems such that there is a high probability of imminent or life threatening deterioration in the patient's condition.
