I am billing for an ASC and using the SG modifier on every CPT code
I have never billed implants and wonder if I should use the SG modifier on L8600.

I have never billed implants and wonder if I should use the SG modifier on L8600.

It does not come up as an allowed modifier when I put the supply code into Encoder Pro. Perhaps the modifier is only required on the service code, not the supply code.
