The dictation states:

Location : left breast

... via a lateral to medial approach rour 14 gauge achieve core biospy samples of lymph node were obtained.... subsequently a bispy marker was deployed.

Via a lateral to medial approach 2 anechoic masses were aspirated.

postop 2 view mammogram demonstrates appropriate positioning of biospy marker....

Should i code :
19102
19295
10022:p

This is what the aspiration procedure says in full:
Via a lateral to medial approach after cleansing and anesthetizing the skin and deeper breast tissue with 3cc of lido, 2 anechoic masses were aspirated. Few additional adjacent masses were also aspirates. All masses completely resolved. Oily type material was aspirated and material from one of the masses was placed in Cytolyt.

i assumed this meant that it was FNA..
Your thoughts?

yes but you can code the aspiration per mass, 19000 for the first and 19001 for each additional, clarify how many masses were aspirated he is not really clear when he says a few additional were aspirated.
