One of my docs posed this question to me and I want to be 100% sure I am answering correctly:

Patient was scheduled for Cysto with 100 units of Botox and procedure was begun but after 10 units of the Botox, patient started bleeding, so procedure was terminated. Doctor put for just a regular cysto and is charging for the full Botox vial because he discarded the rest.

Correct billing for this should be 52287-53 and for the full vial of Botox J0585 JW, yes?
